55 grams all purpose flour.

15 grams cocoa powder

2 egg whites from large egg (room temp) about 65 grams

45 grams sugar

pinch of salt

chocolate Ganache filling

1/3 cup heavy cream

70 grams  chocolate 

1/2 tsp instant coffee (optional)
